Graduated in Law at the University of Rome – La Sapienza.
He is entitled to plead before the Supreme Court of Cassation.
He provides assistance in relation to: corporate offences, tax offences, bankruptcy offences, administrative liability of legal persons, construction and environmental offences, professional liability of health professionals, offences against public administration, defamation by the press, crimes against honour, computer crimes and crimes against the person.
He holds a PhD at the University of Rome – La Sapienza and a Master’s degree in the field of administrative responsibility of legal entities (d. lgs. n. 231/2001).
He is a regular speaker in conferences and training courses and author of several articles on criminal matters.
