Graduated in Law with honors at the University of Milan.
He embarked on an academic career, winning the job placement exams as constitutional law researcher at Bicocca University of Milan in 2006.
In 2014 he achieved the National academic qualification, becoming university associate professor of constitutional law.
He practices the legal profession in the administrative field.
He has been legal consultant for the Milan City Counsel and the Lombardy Region, taking part in the drafting of the Milan City Statute in 2014.
