Degree in Economics and Business Studies, with honors, from the University of Bari.
Before the founding of the Firm, he was a partner and head of the Tax Department of an important Milan law firm.
He specializes in national and international taxation of industrial and financial companies, with particular reference to the problems of transfer pricing and permanent establishment.
He has a previous experience in the Inland Revenue, where he held management positions in the assessment in Lombardy and participated in some commissions at regional and national level.
He is chairman of the board of statutory auditors of some companies operating in the field of training, betting and gaming and wholesale trade and has also served as an expert of the Court in criminal and tax matters.
He is a publicist on tax issues, publishing articles in tax magazines and newspapers and participating, as a speaker, in conferences and courses organized by the School of Economics and Finance, SDA Bocconi, the American Chamber of Commerce, Ipsoa, Infor, Cegos and professional associations.
He holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law from IPSOA.
He is a member of the Committee on Legislation for the Protection of the Assets of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan.
He is professor at the Master of Tax Law at the Faculty of Economics of “Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” in Milan.
He is a member of the IFA (International Fiscal Association).
